I’m sure we all have had the same problem. You poke a bit on the internet, and before you know it you have accidentally bought a couple of razors. Could happen to anyone, really.

Or in my case, one razor and one potential razor – one of the sellers hasn’t gotten back to me yet.

The first one – which I know I’ll be getting – is an Valet Autostrop VC1. Looking a tiny bit worse for wear in the photos, but should be able to be shaved with after a little TLC. I just have to buy some blades.

I am very excited about this one, even if I’m unsure if it will end up in my regular rotation.

The second one – where the seller has not gotten back to me yet – was mislabelled as a Gillette. Have a look, and you’ll see why I’m extra excited for it – even if I’m very much doubting that I can get blades for it easily.

AS God is my witness, I was not intending to buy a pair of vintage razors today. It just happened, as it sometimes do.
